Our community is like no other. As our name describes – “kakou” means “all of us, together,” and we make sure that you are never alone on this journey. How we approach each class, and every training sessions with every intention to help you become the best version of yourself.

CROSSFIT CLASSES

Our CrossFit classes are 1-hour long group session led by one of our experienced CrossFit coaches. During this time we take the class through a group warm up, strength and skill work, as well as metabolic conditioning. Our team will meet you at your fitness level to provide you with the necessary steps to reach your goals.

Our daily programming offers strength cycles to help you build strength needed to perform basic functional movements. We also offer strategically varied conditioning so that you never get bored, and more importantly – never hit plateaus! We believe that the best programs are those that incorporate some of the best practices, all while keeping things simple, effective, and fun!

BOOTCAMP CLASSES

Our Bootcamp program designed to give you a total body workout without the heavy, complex weightlifting or advanced gymnastics you'd see in our CrossFit classes. This is a 1-hour, high-energy, group class led by one of our CrossFit coaches that utilizes bodyweight functional movements, mono-structural exercises, plyometrics, and lighter resistance – perfect for anyone looking to get into fitness for the first time, or the experienced athlete looking for a new or added challenge.

This class is included in any of our CrossFit memberships!

KAKOU KIDS CROSSFIT CLASSES

Our Kakou Kids CrossFit program is the perfect way to introduce your children to the world of fitness while having a blast! Led by our certified trainers, our sessions are thoughtfully designed to ensure a fun and engaging experience, all within a safe and supportive environment. We focus on fostering physical fitness, coordination, and confidence, setting the foundation for a lifetime of wellness.

Whether your child is a beginner or has some prior experience, our program caters to all skill levels, ensuring everyone feels welcome and included.

OPEN GYM

Our Open Gym is a 1-hour block of time where our athletes can come in and work on their fitness as they feel necessary. Missed a class? You can complete the daily programming during this time! Need to get some extra strength and accessory work specific to your goals? This is the perfect block of time for your to do so.

While we do have extensive amount of Open Gym slots available throughout the day, these times are not to be taken into any of our class times. We ask that you please be respectful, plan ahead, and use your time wisely to finish on time and allow space for the next class.

CROSSFIT ONBOARDING

Our OnBoarding is a comprehensive, 4-session program tailored toward anyone that is new to CrossFit or just needs a refresher to thrive in our CrossFit community. Each session has its own focus that will provide you with the knowledge of basic fundamental movement. We believe in building a strong foundation to ensure that everyone develops a solid understanding of the core principles that make CrossFit both challenging and rewarding. Contact us today!

PERSONAL TRAINING

We offer personal coaching for those that want to take their training to the next level. Our team is comprised of experienced CrossFit coaches that  can help you assess, plan, and prioritize your needs based on thorough movement and lifestyle assessment to help you better move in the gym, eat better outside, and live a healthier lifestyle.

Your coach will be able to better assess and prescribe you the right exercises, in the right doses to help you improve anything regarding flexibility, mobility, strength balance, work to rest ratios, and skill/motor control. The better you can move, the faster the results! We will help you identify your low hanging fruit and make sure that you’re making the right adjustment to move forward from it. We’re not just here to read the board, we are here to help you understand the “why” behind our methods and how you can benefit from them.

NUTRITION COACHING

Our nutrition program combines scientific and holistic approaches to nutrition to help you look and feel better, and overall become the best version of yourself. We transform short-term fitness goals into life-long changing results by focusing on all aspects of health. Physical, mental, emotional, environmental, relational, and existential. We believe in taking a long-term sustainable approach to nutrition by building healthy habits.

 

This program is for anyone with basic lifestyle goals to look and feel better; anyone that wants to maximize their efforts in the gym; and anyone that wants a better understanding of nutrition and have a better relationship with food.
