WHAT TO EXPECT IN EVERY CLASS.

WARM UP

A guided warm-up to prepare your body for movement, reduce the risk of injury, and improve mobility.

SKILL OR STRENGTH

Dedicated time to develop specific skills (Olympic lifts, gymnastics) or build strength through targeted exercises.

METCON

Varied and challenging conditioning sessions that can be scaled to all fitness levels.

COOL DOWN

Finish the class with stretching and mobility work to aid recovery and improve flexibility.

CONNECTION

An integral part of every class—encouragement, high-fives, and a sense of accomplishment shared with your fellow athletes.

While we incorporate structured strength cycles to help you progress in key lifts, we stay true to CrossFit methodology — constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensities.

 

This means you’ll experience a mix of strength training, skill development, and metabolic conditioning, ensuring you’re always improving without getting stuck in routine. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, our programming is designed to challenge, engage, and push you toward your goals.
