At CrossFit Kakou, our CrossFit Kids program is dedicated to building strong, confident, and resilient young athletes. Through fun and engaging workouts, we help kids develop a love for movement while fostering teamwork, perseverance, and self-discipline.
Rooted in integrity, inclusivity, hard work, and humility, we create a supportive environment where every child feels empowered to grow — physically and mentally — while having fun along the way!

WHAT TO EXPECT IN EVERY KIDS CLASS.
FUN & DYNAMIC WARM UP
Every class starts with engaging games and movement-based drills that get kids excited to move while improving coordination, agility, and body awareness.
SKILL DEVELOPMENT
Kids learn foundational movements like squats, jumps, and push-ups in a safe, age-appropriate way, helping them build strength, balance, and confidence.
WOD
Our workout of the day is designed to challenge kids while keeping them engaged through team activities, obstacle courses, and movement-based play.
COOL DOWN
Stretching and breathing exercises help kids recover while reinforcing lessons on perseverance, effort, and sportsmanship in a positive environment.
ENCOURAGEMENT & CONNECTION
We celebrate hard work and teamwork with high-fives, encouragement, and a fun takeaway challenge to keep kids active outside the gym.
